- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪He's in Potsdam instead of Malone. I waited over an hour and a half before I sat in an exam room for another hour. He spent all of ten minutes with me.( I was a new patient.) He ordered a steroid spray for my nose which I couldn't use because of the other medications I'm on. ( It frightens me that he would do so without checking my medication list). I was there for my ears which he dismissed as TMJ.. I don't have TMJ. That was ruled out. Less than two days later I was seen in urgent care ..she told me I had a double ear infection and most likely had Meniere disease in my left ear based on my symptoms.
